Orders ~
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
We only accept returns or refunds for products that are damaged or have quality issues. If you believe your product has a defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the return or refund process. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.
Orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days after being shipped. For orders over £50, we offer free shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
