To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Shipping Policy

At Oilvase, we are pleased to offer free express shipping for all orders over £50. Typically, your order will arrive within 4-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location or during peak periods such as holidays. In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days.

Return Policy

At Oilvase, we take pride in our commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship. Each of our products is thoughtfully packaged by hand to ensure the utmost care and quality. Due to our dedication to ESG principles and the artisanal nature of our packaging process, once an item has been carefully wrapped and prepared for shipment, it cannot be resold. This means that our efforts go beyond shipping alone and also include significant labor investment.

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the option to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  1. Shipping Costs:

    • We do not refund the original shipping fee, regardless of whether it was paid by the customer or covered by us as part of a promotion.

    • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to our UK-based warehouse.

  2. Packaging and Condition:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    • Please ensure that the product remains unused and undamaged.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

    • If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    • We will arrange a return or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

Oilvase is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. We are also not liable for packages that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect shipping information submitted at the time of purchase.

To avoid issues, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error in your confirmation email, contact us immediately to update your details. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and returned packages resulting from an incorrect address may be subject to a restocking fee.
